Order
How can I make my order?
Directly from our web, browse through our extensive catalogue of autoflowering, feminised, CBD and CBG seeds.
- 1- Add your products to your shopping basket by tapping the “Add” button.
- 2- Once you’ve selected all your products, head to your shopping cart, follow the steps and fill in your shipping address and payment method.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also visit us at our office in Barcelona, but please contact our customer care service beforehand @ [email protected] to make an appointment.
Cancel or change my order
Once your order is marked as “shipped” it’s not possible to cancel or change it. However, if it is in “pending or payment accepted” status you still have time to cancel or change your order. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
Can I return or change my order?
Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised. If you bought a good or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. In the EU you have the right to return these purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. How do I redeem my discount coupon?
In the second step of the shopping cart, once you have filled in your shipping information, you will see a white box above the total amount of your order where you can enter your coupon, then tap the “Use” button and it will be applied automatically.

Payments
Payment methods
You can pay with Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer or by cash.
Card payment
Choose between our two payment options, Smart-Cash (pay with credit card) or Paylike (alternative payments). Once you have selected your payment preference you will be redirected to the payment gateway to finalise your payment. When you pay using Smart-Cash, CBK Store will appear in your bank account. And if you pay using Paylike, you will see BAP (Barcelona Agro Products S.L.) in your bank account..
Payment by bank transfer
Once you choose the bank transfer payment method you will see a “more info” link where you will find all the details to make the payment. You will also receive an email with the summary of your order and our bank details to make the payment. Important for all payments made with a bank transfer: Indicate your order number in the transfer concept. Your order will not be shipped until we receive the payment in our bank account.

We do not ship outside of Europe directly from Seedstockers Spain, but we have official distributors that offer this service. Packaging
We provide different types of packaging that you need to select when finalising your purchase together with the shipping method:
- Normal packaging: you will receive your seeds in the original Seedstockers packaging
- cardboard box or bubble envelope. Seeds will be 100% protected. Free.
- Stealth packaging: to ensure a safer and more secretive shipment, we will add a tee shirt to your order to guarantee discretion. You can choose the size of your tee shirt. Cost, €12.99.
- Super stealth packaging: the most secure and safest shipment method. We work with different methods depending on your location. We also remove the seeds from the original Seedstockers packaging. Cost, €24.95.
Shipping methodologies may vary depending on the final destination.
