I’ve grown quite a few different seed banks over the years, and lately Seedstockers has been one of the most reliable for me. Every run I’ve done with their seeds has turned out solid, and Black Rainbow was no exception. The plants grew fast and didn’t give me any trouble. They stayed nice and compact, with good structure, and by the end of flowering they turned a really dark purple. The buds looked great, very frosty and dense, definitely the kind of flowers you’re proud to show off. The smell was also pretty crazy. As soon as you touched the buds or opened the tent, the aroma came out strong and sweet. Overall, a very nice, easy grow with great-looking results. One of the better strains I’ve run in recent years.
A true rainbow of flavor. :D Citrus, berries, mango, and a creamy finish. The high is uplifting, creative, and mellow, perfect for daytime vibes or relaxed evenings. Just in love with it!
Where do I even start! Black rainbow is a strain I found pretty tricky to grow and it's very sensitive, but it does have a nice coating of trichomes, and the buds are dense with fruity aromas. The flavors are fruity with earthy and spicy notes. I give it 4 stars, not because it's bad—quite the opposite, it's really good—but because it's tricky and has medium-low resistance, which ultimately means that if the plants catch anything, it's definitely harder to sort out than with a more resistant strain. Just to explain myself. I'd recommend it ONLY for advanced growers and people with plenty of years of experience.
